Design finalized before 1st payment. Material, finishing, no. of modules, everything finalized before 1st payment. Still they delayed months in giving quotation after 1st payment and sent an exagerrated quotation - stratergy to bully customers into paying more.
Internally they decide what client will buy and then pressure client to say yes to those expensive things. Keep money, modules and home hostage till client breaks down and gives them any amount of money they want. Collision between designer and vendor, they purposefully doing bad work, so can further bully the customer into paying more for getting work corrected.
Products received different from what I ordered, but still they not rectifying. They fired designer and vendor when I complained, but still somehow maintaining that delays and bad work was not done purposefully.
