One Bad Manager runied our entire experience - Raj

One of the worst encounters with a shift mAnasultangers, who was rude and at his worst behavior. The incident took place @ 1am on 27th May, we were at room 211 where one of the friends/business associate was staying, after having dinner in his room when we were about to leave, and do the checkout process, as he has a early morning flight back to Italy.


The mAnasultanger whose name is Raj, started to throw policies at us, as guests are not allowed after 10am, and how he doesn’t care where we hangout, and even went to tell, its your problem if you cant hangout anywhere else, after all this for our utter disbelief, the threw a 4k cost at us for an extra person staying back in the room, we had booked a executive room with double bed, and staying there for 8 days, and on the final day he states if a person is there in the room for even an hour, he would charge us.


As thats what the hotel has asked him to do, he started giving stupid examples how he tackles guest, who get women to the room at night, which was totally irrelevant for 4 guys having out to have dinner. this shows this etiquette and also how stupid the hotel is to hire someone to mAnasultange customers. we are a racing team and need rooms on regular basis for our drivers and mechanics travelling from abroad, but will make sure we never step into this dirty cheap hotel where people like Raj work
