Have been using LKP securities( LKP Online) for more than 3 months for buying stocks and I had very unpleasant experiences.
1) Lack of education to Customers on how to use the product.
2) Horrible user interfaces and it is very difficult to get to the required information which normal user wants.
3) Software is highly counter intuitive.
4) To top it all customer service is horrible and there is no one to clear customer’s doubts/concerns.
LKP sold my stocks in the equity market without even informing me. When I called them to find out the reason, first of all they could not direct me to the right person, and most of the LKP employees themselves do not know how the product/software works. Eventually I could get to one employee of LKP who told me that there are not enough funds in my account. My concerns were as below.
1) There is no clear way of seeing how much is your funds balance.
2) If the funds were short, LKP could have notified me using an sms/ mail/ call and I could have transferred the required funds.
Selling Customer’s stocks without even informing him is a very very bad thing to do. I suffered heavy losses because of this approach of LKP.
