I have purchased Lloyd fully automated washing machine one year back but after few months it started creating problem. I raised a complaint with customer services team and after onwards I started following complaint every day fake promises by customer services team and their so called service team and it’s been a long time till today they have not fixed a simple complain. I will give 0 out of 100 to Lloyd service team and suggest all indian consumers to not buy Lloyd products as service team is pathetic.
