Loyad air condition is not very good ac my brother in law using this ac for last3 years
For the first some month its cooling is good after that cooling effect is down
At hightemprature it is not a effective ac
When temprature high it cut and cut again
Cooling effect is not good so electricity consumption is more as compare to other air condition
Sound is normal service and suppot is not good
Reliability and setisfaction is not 100%
We cant say this product value for money
