Poor Service! Please don't buy.

I made a mistake by purchasing Lloyd AC in May 2016. From last 15 days I have called 5 times for service of my AC. Llyod has not sent anybody for service. But from last three days they are irritating me by asking if service of AC is done. I am very irritated with their no service. The service request ID is LEEL070417308448. Please don’t buy Lloyd products else you will be frustrated with their service.
