I own an inverter ac bought it last year. After the last service in the month of April’19. It stopped working the very next day. After issuing a complain, I barely got any response from llyod. They had sent technicians once due to their lack of knowledge they couldn’t figure out the problem. After my constant reminders a head technician came and could find out that one part was not working god knows how. After hundreds of call to llyod and the area service head mr. Manoj I was given many dates for the repair but nothing happened even they refused to tell we which part would be changed as if they were going to do it for free. I am still waiting for my ac to get repaired. Please don’t buy llyod. It sucks!
