I purchased Lloyd Frostella 1 ton AC before the 2012 summer, and you believe me that my bedroom was in Kashmir while my Hall was in Sahara dessert during the hot summer. I visited at least a dozen showrooms and learnt different types of ACs and their features and shortlisted LG. I was really confused to select a particular make as I was a lay man in terms of ACs and its techno aspects.
Fortunately, I stepped into a showroom namely M/S Suraj Associates in Puducherry where I came across the name Lloyd for the first time. I was so impressed by the way the salesman and Mr. Sugumar explained me and convinced me. Believe me I made 50% payment immediately and the next day morning the AC was installed in my bedroom. The technician was good, he did install well.
Since then, its almost half-year now, and I sleep with AC on in a daily basis and never came across any complaints. I know that I should call the technician for general inspection, but there was never a need for it. I clean the filter fortnightly and that’s it. I am fully satisfied with my air-conditioner.
