Poor product quality & customer service

Actually I bought two AC one year back. Remote control got damage within 6 months. Placed service request and none bothered to look at it even after continuous follow up.

It’s quite natural for one to get nervous by this poor customer service. Customer care usually hangs up call without giving explanation. POOR Service, don’t bother to buy Lloyd; It was my biggest fault that I bought this cheap china imported ( Lloyd label)  substandard AC.
