When I brought this AC it was very fine and worked well but after 2 weeks its operating remoter started to make some mess like when I switch it on it takes some time to be ON and I have to keep the remoter so close to the AC to get it on, and when I contacted the service team they took almost one week to send a person from their team to fix it but they didn’t apply any charge and the AC will be having 1 year warranty but still with in last two months I had to call them twice for the support, both times the same issue like the remoter working delay and I have to take remoter to close to ac and second time I faced remoter delay only. Well like I said I don’t had to pay anything to resolve this issues due to one year warranty and other than that everything is fine I felt like its cooling and others functions works well, timer and other facilities provided also works well.
Also no issues I faced on its sound stability,
So over all its good even though I faced issues two times still their perspective person will come in a week and fix it up with out any pay and I can say it works well for value of money, other than remoter issue of delay and keeping it closer everything is fine with this AC.
