Worst customer care of lloyd. Poor service . If you call the customer care- theyll provide another number to call, when you call this number - its engaged or switch off. My service request is pending since 8 days now. They usually dont have spare parts.So of you lose a remote or the display goes bad- wait it out for a good 15 days. Wont recommend lloyd ever to anyone
