Iam here to give you a review on Lloyd L32NT 32’ TV. I bought this TV 2 years back from a showroom at Kochi. Initially I was very satisfied with its performance. Talking about its features - it comes with 3 HDMI port and 1 USB port. The colour contrast was excellent and all the visuals were crystal clear. With the product I recieved wall holders, stand , remote, catalogue and warranty card with 1 year warranty.
The problems I encountered were - the response time while I change channel was very slow. It took nearly a second to act after pressing the button and sometime it can go upto 2 seconds. Initially I thought the problem was with the battery but even after changing the batteries the TV was as such.
Secondly , I placed my TV in the living room opposite to the window. Sometimes during evening light after passing through the window strikes on the panel. And since last 2 months there is a sort of parallel lines appearing on the panel that blinks on changing the channel. When I contacted an electrician he told me that this was due to the direct sunlight that strikes the low quality panel . He said that need a panel replacement. Since my TV is within the warranty period Iam after it for the past 1 week and they told me that it may take upto 1 month or may be even 2 months to get the producy back after repair. Anyway I said OK as I wanted my product back
