Very waste quality and service.

I have purchased 2 units of 32 inches Llyod LED TV on december 2014, and


both the LED tv’s have 1 year complete warranty, and after completion of 1 year further 2 years of extended warranty covered on LED panel.


After 1 years, recently I have noticed that in both the tv’s some shadow or cloud like structures are getting generated in the different areas of the led screen which were quite visible and disturbing in nature.


On 20th August 2016, I have filed a complaint(Complaint ID - LEEL200816772213) for this issue with the Llyod customer care and they send a technician to see the issue.


After checking the Tv’s the technician feedback was very surprising. As per him dust particles were accumulated and surfaced inside the led panel and need to clean the led panel and for that I need to send the tv to service center and the service cost will be 700 and transportation cost will be 250 per unit, total cost is 950(other changes also may apply if something else needed after opening the panel).


After going through all this, I have googled this issue on internet and also discussed this with other led tv technicians but not found anything like this, so as per me, I don’t believe that the dust particles can enter inside the led panel and surfaced over the screen as led panel is completely sealed in nature, and still if this happens then this will be a manufacturing defect of led panel and this needs to be covered under the led panel warranty case.


I am escalating this issue with company, and advising other peoples to avoid purchasing LLOYD product.
