I bought this Lloyd split AC last year. I bought the one ton split AC. The AC has 3 star power saving rating. For the first 6 months it performed very well then the cooling started to decrease. The Lloyd customer service came and fixed the problem by performing a simple AC service. The AC has a five-year Compressor warranty. I bought this AC of 1 ton since my room was very small. The cooling power started to decrease after 1 year and the remote also stopped working. Even at its low temperature setting at 16 degree Celsius the room didn’t cool at all. I tried calling the customer service, they came and carried out the service procedures. But even after the service the temperature output remained as same as before forcing us to buy a cooler.
As for the remote, I started using my redmi mobile phone as a substitute.
