That’s true Mumbaikars work restlessly and are never tired of traveling....and traveling takes us to Mumbaikars favorite transport system Local Trains
There are basically three routes Western, Central and Harbor line....
Western line is considered to be the most crowded line of all the three....And for the people who are just travelers....a bit of an advice "Never travel between 7 am-11 am from Virar to Churchgate and 5 pm on wards from Churchgate to Virar".....these timings are known as the pick-up hours generally people traveling to work and vice-versa....
And if you still dare to travel it will always be a never forgetting experience for you(not in a good way though)...
The best part of western trains is its ladies compartments....like we say ’first come first service’ in Mumbai local ladies compartment its ’first come first seat’ rule....its really very funny to watch these ladies get in the train....they will push, pull, fight, snatch, scream, etc etc to get in the train......And yeahh they do it well!!
Mumbai locals are considered to be the heart and soul of a Mumbaikar’s life....
Our day begins with a local and ends with one....Instead of all the bomb blasts and all not so happening experiences we still travel in the locals and day by day the number of people traveling in it is just increasing....
