Recently shopped from this website and got to admit that the product availability(atleast on the website) is pretty decent. On the recent order(Order no. LB-31153179. Mentioned since Karan Mehrotra, CEO of localbanya follows the reviews on mouthshut) we had issues. couple of products weren’t delivered and a free conditioner with the shampoo that was to be delivered never came. Only when it was highlighted to the delivery person did they bother to tell us that they will deliver it later. I still don’t know what happens to the products that are not delivered, do I get a refund or will the product be delivered?
This makes one think how can you trust these guys. If we hadn’t checked, it would have gone unnoticed. To be fair, one would like to to believe that this a unorganized start-up and will not use strong words like Fakes, cheats etc. I have sent a complaint to them and awaiting their response.
