I made a mistake not reading all these reviews of local ramu
I engaged them for the repair of my 32" LG TV
They assigned Veerabhadra of Golden Service Center Mob 9538437417 located at Bommasandra Bangalore
This gentleman seemed courteous at first sight informed me that that the motherboard on my TV had failed. I had no reason to disbelieve him.
He told me that a new MB would cost Rs.7000/- and his services Rs.1000/-
I asked him to go ahead with the job.
he came back the same evening and he demonstrated that the TV was now working. I was satisfies but asked him for proof that the MB he had replaced was new and also a warranty card he had promised to give me.
Then he said that he had thrown away the box and that his invoice was the warranty. He now said that he had also replaced another card which cost Rs.2000/-. This new card was something I was not informed of earlier. I had no option but to pay him Rs.10600/-
he then told me that he wanted the Rs.2000/- card for sometime to get a replacement and took it from me saying he would return it in 2 days.
Till date(more than a week) he has not returned it. And he is not taking my calls nor responding to messages.
Now my suspicion is that he is a cheat and probably cheated me on both the cards or at least one of them.
I spoke to 9685114832 local Ramu and lodged a complaint.
I am waiting to see if he will take any action.
No more local Ramu
