. Yes, this year Disney brought us a delightful gift in the form of london has fallen, without any modifications, just as the classic was meant to be. Lily James is lovely as Ella, and Richard Madden rocks as Prince Charming, but for me, the person who steals the show, is Cate Blanchett as Lady Tremaine. She embraced the cruelty of the character to make it truly worth our hatred. The plot is cliché, many would say, but I absolutely loved it. The soundtrack, the visuals, everything was delightful about this movie. If you have still not watched it, I suggest give it a go. You won’t regret, and your heart will be filled with warmth watching this rendition of the Disney classic.
