American Pilsner in London

Appearance: A puffy white head floats on top of a very colorful, rich brew.

Smell: Mix of hearty malt, spicy hop, and a tasty fruitiness.

Taste: Medium bodied with a crisp malty pale malt palate. A small after taste price to pay for a fine brew.

Notes: Well structured, perfect mouth feel with a German like pilsner flare. Great with spicy chili, salsa, and fresh baked tortilla chips.

Reminds me of a mix between Killians Red, Rolling Rock, and Bass Ale. I’m not sure how strong this beer is, but it catches up with you. Recommended serving temperature: 45-50° F.
