I bought a Sofa set worth 13k from Banashankri branch on November, 2010. The sofa delivered to my place after 15 days & after making 4-5 calls to the store. The finishing of the sofa was very bad & few basic looks of the sofa were in proper. I gave a complain about that & after my multiple visits to the shop they sent 1 carpenter who did nothing except few denting & nailing, the problem which I reported remains the same with addition to few more.
