I run a business of Service Apartments and Paying Guests. So buying furniture is a integral part of my work. I have been buying furniture from Looking Good Stores for a while now. In-fact most of my Products are from their Koromangala Branch or the newly opened store in BTM Layout for the simple reason that they are the two closest to my Apartments and Home.
What attracts me to their stores has been the attitude of the staff. There is always around when u are in their store. Ready to give you any information you want. Ready to answer any questions I might have. I have also been very happy with their customer service.
I have the mobile numbers of the senior managers and the proprietor. So off I have had many of my requirement taken care by just making a call after seeing their product on their Facebook page of their Website.
Now coming to the product itself. I strongly believe in the saying "What you pay is what you get". I have bought multiple products for my service apartments. Right from the package items which were around 20-30k . Sofas around 14 - 20k . Computer Tables around 1.5k. Luggage racks around 2.5k. Overall I am satisfied with what I have got for what I have paid. The products have lasted me for sometime now with refurbishing every now and then.
Now coming to the products which I have bought for my home. I bought a leather recliner set for for my tv room . corner sofa for my living, wooden glass dining, children bedroom set, and cots and mattress and the regular add on furniture. when I bought these products I had specifically told that I wanted high quality products, and show me only furniture of a minimum shell like of 5 years+. The products that were delivered were to my satisfaction and its been over 4 years now and I have not faced any problems so far.
So my advice is irrespective of where one buys, always be clear in mind what you want. Whether your purchase is based on price or quality or in the thin line where you can make price meet quality. I personally feel Looking Good Furniture delivers products around that thin line sometimes bordering on both sides.
I have been seeing reviews of Looking Good on mouthshut for sometime now. Some good, some bad, and some that don’t make sense. Everybody has an opinion and this is mine. Hope its useful.
