I had taken 8 SIMs which said no deposit after 7 days BPL calls up says you need to provide IT Returns or pay Deposit else your service would be disrupted in three hours Result Scheme is useless Taking customer for Blackmailing and cheating and the same was confirmed by Mr. Parminder Singh that his gallery was in fault
Major disconnect in the organization from the Gallery- Finance Team - Call centre-Technical Team
Call Up 800 for complaints and they wont revert back my case 8days instead of Customer Head Big Boss Mr. Bhatia is asked to take care after 8 days asked him to resign because he is helpless should close down call centre because they can bang the phone on you as they did to me, Mr. Bhatia has not even bothered to look in to the matter after assuring me after buying time from me as his call centre team do and after getting no proper answer for me and he is the same in banging the phone on the customer like his team if the boss can do this learning has been adapted by his team also
Rude Arrogant is the Team and the boss after going through the entire complaint on 800 I wrote a mail to Mr. Bhatia, which he is not, replied back to me, as per his team at the call centre complaints are reverted back in 72 Hours I assume he wants 72 Hours to reply back
The Complaint which I made Day 1 to BPL is not which I have made not even the 10% that means that Network problem is so much that now the executives are not willing to type the same old story again and again
The Credit limit is decided by the company without any customer background and the customer is not educated for this after 15 days they send an SMS that you have crossed your limit
No Technical Support on Sundays and after the duty hour is over Telecom Industry with BPL works from 10-6 as per Call Centre
BPL is going to charge you for all 24*7 Hours for a month but no technical support because there is heavy congestion and it would take them one whole month to put more sites as per Mr. Bhatia and Parminder Singh, if BPL is going to give this kind of service so for it is charging the customer and leaving it on the mercy of the “Call Centre”
Technical Guys give false report that Test Calls were made on a particular time, which is not true because at that same time for a span of 30 minutes I was speaking to the call centre
False promises Employees are on much high priority then Customers as Confirmed by his call centre team
BPL Knows only to bye time shows no concern to customer As the Big Boss Mr., Bhatia did
Network Poor Network getting upgraded confirmed by Big Boss Call Centre so for what he is asking customer for rentals and no technical guy had called up till date its more than a week
I would like my fellow BPL Consumers to voice against BPL who are facing Network Problems and harrased by “800”Call Centre
