BPL - BAHUT PACHTAYE hai LOG - Believe in big bill

Hiii ...!!! Friends..well let me share my horrified Dukhbhari Dastaan with you that I had to go when I deciede to Believe in the best BPL...eeeeeekkkkkkkkkssssssssss...


BPL MOBILE STARTED WAY BACK IN THE YEAR 1995 WHEN MOBILE PHONE REVOLUTION HIT THE INDIAN MARKET.


In the beginning people were crazy after MOBILE phones I had a BPl prepaid card, and one of my friends suggested me to shift myself to BPL billing card. I was bit confused but finally decided to go for it eventhough I had some doubts about theis services but then they had promiced big big on paper ........


So Finally I paid 2500 deposit and got my card converted intoi a Billing one, great god I was so happy that I got it, but as soon I recieved my first bill it was a big heart attack I was really shocked, it was 2598 RS(I REPEAT TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT INDIAN RUPEES )and I had not even used that much of airtime. So me and a friend of mine went to the gallery from which we had taken , its in andheri.WE went to the BPL gallery and my my there we were shocket to see that the people who say we believe in best were at worst...No sense of Customer service, No good morning , no good afternoon , No how r u, Nothing like how may I help u....and after 15 minutes there came a lady and asked us what is the problem (MAN I THINK SHE HAD A FIGHT WITH SOME ONE...NO SMILE ON HER FACE...I FELT LIKE SHE WAS NOT PLEASED ON SEEING US AND WE FELT LIKE WE DROPPED IN AT WRONG TIME)...


Atlast we told her the problem and she took the bill and after 10 - 15 minutes she came with the bill and told us that the charges for services and activation and etc etc etc have been included in it and other what not


charges ....what a way to rob people...


But still had the problem so I went in for itemised billing by paying 75 rs extra, It’s better to pay 75 Rs. For Itemized bill rather than paying it for extra 400 - 700 and to my surprise after I recieved my bill there were numbers which I had never seen in my life...B.coz I can very well remember any number..thx to my sharp memory ..so I called up the help line and..... the automated service says “Your call is Important please wait”, whenever we call their customer service, but they keep you on hold for nearly 15 to 20 minutes, what a waste of time.... alas I got through them and I asked why r these numbers billed where I have never heard of them or ever called..so they told me a fantastic reason that it might be that either someone might have called up if not you...like my mobile is not my personal phone but a LOCAL PCO..ggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...


So after having much pain I finally shifted my mobile number From BPl to ORANGE which gives me the extra facilities and I have no problems at all..THX ORANGE...for the excellent service they provide...I LUV U GUYS...


So GUYS BEWARE... OR ITS UR TURN TO A GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE.....
