It really pains me that they are they were awarded best telecom brand of last year when their service is absolutely shoddy and amateur.
Their billing is faulty, tried to rectify and they still havent got it right.
I was penalized for not paying a bill on time when the bill was under review.
How? They suspended my service as I was reaching a limit which was imposed on me without any intimation, even though Id sent them a check for Rs 2000 just to prevent my service from being discontinued after they decided to inform me.
Suspension of service cost me Rs.5 lakhs of immediate business and an unquantifiable amount of future business and goodwill tied to this loss..
Complaints are not follwed up with a promised call from customer service seniors. They tried, the say. Well try harder. It should be pretty easy for you to reach your customers and it doesnt cost you. Instead of trying over a 3 hour period, how about trying the next day instead? And much more...
