GOOD I HAVE PPL HERE WHO HAE FACED SIMILAR PROBLEMS HERE..
I have had a bpl connection(perpaid) for four long years..(tears now)
I must have been cheated a zillon times during this period ..but I have been ignorant and I didnt have a problem with that ...thats me I guess..
so when I decided to convert my number into a postpaid I got F..
how??
I knew that bpl always over charged me ..on stuff I dont care /roaming!!(they maintain a log of if you have opted for a service..call them and crosscheck every conversations the
guys on the other end just need akey board to siphon out your money....)
well now I get into post paid my connection takes 48 hours to be actived..after complaining and continuous visits to the gallery..
I have submitted all relevant docs...and I have also been verified by an "authorized external verifying agency"..(who are these ppl)
but yet my calls are barred (post paid connection)on the pretext of negetive verification ..
I make calls to the call center ...which by the way has no information(these guys really dont know what they are doing there)...chaos chaos..
...they stick to their general welcome greeting"i am sorry for the inconvinience..stuff how may I help you.."..
strangely the guys there think that they are helping us but I get a feeling that they act as a shield for BPLs irate customers who are not only giving away all their hard
earned money to this company without any recipt or any log ..or any info what so ever...as to how you are being benifited by their services..(the call center employees must find
a better job...the system at BPL is incompetent to an extent that any mis information gets stuck in a desperate chainreaction of errors)
so my verification is complete ..but no one knoes that at bpl..
they have my calls barred...some "welcome Visit " I had...Hahahahha
they claim that my door was closed on the day the verification authority visited me(may be I met a ghost that day)who had valid verification
proof of authority..
to add to all this foolishness, misery and embarassment the call center informs me that the agency who visited me was not authorized...
BOOM...
who is visiting my place and collecing personal details on behalf of BPL ..(this is a criminal offence) , isnt it I think..
I confront the verification agency when they call me to confirm my id..to all embarassment of BPL which has by noe not only fed in wrong info for the visit conducted;also have
gone to the extent of barring my calls....and I live with it for two whole weeks ...unable to use the number(which is also my work number as I am a self employed professional)
previously they claimed tha my veification was not done and it will be conducted soon...(i am going crazy;cant use my phone ;wait for another verification agency like I have all
teh time in the world for bpl )
to all their embarassment the agency was genuine and had done their jobs well...
well seems like some body at BPL isnt doing that ..
maintaing fake logs ../letting out claims of a phony agency visiting your door step..i have propere details of the agency ..like names and phone nos...
BPl doesnt..at least the call center database needs to be updated ..i called them letting them know that this is the number that I got a call from
they claimed it was a financial condultant of ttheirs!!???????)\

they ought to be given in Hons. PHd.as an institution for excellence in how to con customers
Now I have a airtel connection (prepaid ) with Gprs which is better than BPl
my bpl post paid has been active for two weeks..
which I use as a secondary phone..which I hardly use to make calls
last week I was told I have used my initial call limit of 750/-(huh, ...i sparingly use this phone??!!)
this week end it is 1500/-(hahahahahahaha)..
and all I have got from Bpl is a sms and a call from another imaginary call center employee telling me that I should pay 1500/-
hahaahahahah...(where is the bill) after all that verification ...all that crosschecking at the expense of my agony...
A BPL senior executive ""hmmmmmmm...now its time to ask money so lets just multiply that by four and see....and we will disconnect his line so that he knows that we are not
joking..he will get the bill later ;atleast we have his money....hahahahahh(phart).....we will let the other agency deal with him ..
ppl in mumbai are too busy, .... they will pay...heheheheha(phart)..
This is a baniya company lets agree...they are conmen extereme..they are tapping a simple fact in the growing telecom market ..that is ignorance..

BPL you are so encouraging... encouraging me to do the same ....this is an old business rejuvinated ...I want to be a corporate conman too
