SInce I have never heard of brand AOC , and I found it in LOTUS electronics Raipur (Chattisgrah) store . I trusted the brand and bought it.
this was worst decision, they sold by saying that brand is best in world blah blah,
within 1 year, the TV got crashed .. The service engineer changes entire circuit after repeated request, Year 2, screen gave birth to black spots all around the corner .
Resolution Given: Screen is collapsed due to faulty circuit now please replace Rs 12, 000/ - is the expense .. IS THIS A JOKE???
I bought the TV at Rs 12, 000/- two years back
LOTUS ELECTRONICS is selling GARBAGE brands and AOC is worst service electronics brand in our nation .. for LED /LCD TV .. do not approach LOTUS BRANCHES or AOC TVs.
WORST IN THEIR Segment.
