This matte gel has white color and has mild fragrance. It is very lightweight and gets absorbed into the skin quickly with little massage. It gives cooling sensation to my skin. After application itgives neat matte look and there is no oil secretion for next 4-5 hours. I have very sensitive acne prone skin and this matte gel never made me break out. Its non-sticky formula controls oil without making my skin dry or stretchy.This matte gel can be used as a makeup base.
I use to apply it underneath foundation and it provides smooth base for makeup application. I don’t have much exposure to sun, but still I apply Lotus matte gel twice in a day(morning& afternoon). Small amount of this gel is required during each use and this 50g pack will last for 1 month when used on face& neck.The only thing that bothers me is that it is not tinted and is unable to even outs my skin imperfections. Other then that I did not find any drawback of this amazing gel. I would highly recommend this amazing product to all, as it would suit any complexion.
