It’s not Love Aajkal, Its Imtiaz part 3.
If u observe it closely, all the three movies have the same situation.
Both lead characters have their own destinations. and still love develops.
Socha Na Tha - Abhay Deol was already after someone before he met Ayesha.
Jab We Met - Kareena left her home, relatives and everything for the character Anshumaan.
And here. u will know. Infact u already have the hint if u have heard the song Chor Bazaari.
The new thing that I could see in the movie was the difference between the generations. And still how the two stories are connected.
Music, Cinematography, Screenplay - the whole package is good and the real surprise is - Harleen(Giselle Monteiro): the best kept secret of the movie.
Good thing about Imtiaz is, he has repeated the same relationship story(same as Jab We Met or Socha Na Tha) but still it looks fresh.
U will not be bored for sure. The Camera work is also good.
this is surely the best solo performance from Saif. And one more excellent performance from Deepika. Rishi Kapoor was the best actor to play that role for sure.
If the question is - is the movie worth watching? - Yes.
If the question is - can we compare it with Jab We met? -NO
The first 10 minutes are literally bouncers. And a very strange start of a movie.
