LAK was the most hyped about movie in the recent times and the music was decent.....i was really looking forward to watch the movie but alas it was such a big turn off :-(
Saif Ali is shown to be the alpha man and Deepika as the alpha women who believe in the ’no strings attached’ funda of relationships. So far so good...but what follows is a twist in the tale wherein both become hopelessly senti abt each other and they realise it after Deepika is married off to Rahul Khanna......!!!
Deepika realises this on her first day on honeymoon....this was supposed to be funny or rather high sentimental realization...but I guess the audience didnt not find it amusing. To top that...rahul was cool abt the woman who spoiled his life as he rather sympathetically asks her while getting divorced whether she got in touch with her ex-bf Saifu.
The entire movie was a disappointment and Deepika wasnt able to add the glam quotient to keep ppl hooked like her contemprory Kareena. Besides that she was looking horrible in her wedding attire...wherein Saifu tells her explicitly..’U r looking Hot’.
Saifu was also doing the same kinda Hum Tum bad boy turning senti act..gud Lord gimme a break He is nothing but a buddha nawab now..he shud stop doing cool dude acts and do something mature like Langda Tyagi act which suites him (Omkara fame)
The only good part abt the movie was the Brazilian babe Giselle who is playing the punjabi kudi Harleen for saifu-2’s love interest. She looks refreshingly beautiful and charming.
