Refund LPU ( Fraud university )

Very bad University ..I have paid 1 lakh amount and I got admission at Govt Uni..After applying for refund they are not giving evenhalf of the amount ... I have sent so many emails even after they are not giving my money as 1 lakh is not a small amount ....
