Lovely Professional University(LPU) is a large(enrollment range: 10, 000-14, 999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Lovely Professional University offers courses and programs leading to officialy recognized higher education degrees such as undergraduate certificates/diplomas, associate degrees, bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study.But, I could not find during my stay a good environment, rest non cooperative management.The university doesn’t have motivational hr practices. Timings are good. Allowances are zero like pf, mobile allowances etc
