This book can be very useful because it gives the manner of cooking the low calorie foods. nowadays we have no time to do exercise, so we want to eat low calorie foods or balance the weight by eating the low calorie food items.this book gives some of the low calorie items to eat.
Some of the items are indian items while other are non indian items but it can be like indian foods of taste.some items are apple soup, tomato soup, creamed pumpkin which has calorie less.this was wonderful book by the author sanjeev kapoor.it is easy to read and understand the book, but somewhat difficult to do to get a better taste.it is one of the best book for cooking.
