I heard lot of good reviews about lufthansa..that’s why i planned the journey to india from amsterdam but i found out customer service is horrible. Lot of mismanagement. Flight stewards r rude. I had a very bad experience with lufthansa airlines. While i was going to india through amsterdam. I asked the lady if all my baggage is uploaded. She talked to me very rudely and refuse to answer and when me n my husband arrived we lost our one baggage which has really precious stuff including some of the gold jewellery. Even we complaint abt it they didnt listen us and treated us very badly on airport in our own country and i lost all the enthusiasm. As i was goin to my country after 3 yrs. I would really suggest everybody to not opt for lufthansa airlines. I’m writing this but i know there will be no change in them.
It has left a scar in my heart and also i would like to share my experience tht whe i reached delhi airport ...i saw one member of lufhtansa complaint section who was their manager as well was talking to an elder person very rudely, who by mistake left his favourite book in flight. Common high time please change lufthansa, otherwise u keep loosing ur customers.
