Hi, I have been traveling quite a bit and have traveled in most of the European carriers and ofcourse Indian. Well, since this review is about Lufthansa, let me concentrate on the same without losing my track.
The Pros: Its safe and well prove mode of transport on the high skies if you are to travel either to Germany or US...
The Cons: Here I have lot of things to put...
1) The planes are old and some of the flight that operate to India are very dirty.
2) The crew’s attitude has gone from Okay kind off to WORST that I can dream of.
3) The service is pathetic and very slow.
4) The crew is very arrogant, this I found was present only for the flight operations to India, while for the rest of Europe they gave a relative pleasant service though not the best in the industry.
4) The onboard entertainment is not of the expected quality
Given a choice to travel I would never opt to travel by Lufthansa unless its my companies decision
