recently I traveled from the us to bombay. and ended up hitting a snow storm along the way, missing connections et al.
on reaching frankfurt I had already missed my connection.. but the ground staff had my name on their records, and a new itenary also prepared to get me home.
they were also kind enough to offer a free phone card to make calls to india et al so that I can convey my messages.
in short they did their very best.. considering flight bookings at the peak time of travel.
in all I was very impressed by thei service and pro-active attitude towards it rather than sitting back and waiting for the customer to complain.
i give Lufthansa a two thumbs up!
