I bought Luminous 1500 VA sine wave inverter in 2013. Since its purchase, time and again, this has been giving trouble in one or other part which had been resolved after a lot of persuasion. Also, this product is very noisy.
Recently, there was a trouble with this product on 9th June 2015 and a complaint no. 4000826686 was registered. They promised to rectify the problem within 48 hours. In spite of repeated requests to their service center office numbers 0120-432xxxx and mobile nos. 820009xxxx and Delhi NCR head no. 971734xxxx, they have not bothered to send their service staff even after 96 hours. We have to suffer in the scorching heat of June month.
The quality of the product is really poor, moreover, the service is horrible.
