After looking at all the great reviews online I got fooled into buying this brand! I should have known better!
The dealer sent a team of 4 or 5 smartly dressed "engineers" to install it when I bought it 15 months ago but when the cyclone hit 3 months back and power was shut off for over 48 hours, this battery did not last even 48 minutes!! And mind you, this is a huge 65 kg thing that promised to last 48 hours if I used just one fan and light!
Anyway my disappointment turned to frustration when I realised service was not the dealers work and he gave me a number that did not exist! I had to send an email for the company to respond. And their service was pathetic! Now after 2 months, and after taking it to their workshop for over a week for "charging", it still is dead!
Anyway, long story short, never buy a battery and try to do it yourself! Get your neighborhood expert and do what he recommends!
