I had a bad experience with luminous UPS. When I purchase it then found that the battery capacity is very very poor.
After 10 days it cannot gives backup so I contact to company for this enquiry .
They replied that battery has add more carbon it is your fault because sometimes you may charge for long time but it is not true.
I charged it correctly and in proper timing.
My personal opinion don’t buy this UPS
