The inverter is zelio 1150 model.
Cons: The float of Luminous does not fit in any other battery other than Luminous. I have Exide battery.
So the water level indicator does not show in inverter system.
I raised a complaint with Luminous that water level indicator symbol keeps glowing in LCD panel.
The Chennai based service personnel are cheats, they dismantled the new inverter and removed the water level indicator wire and lied to me water level indicator symbol won’t show up.
I reported this lie to Luminous and asked for refund.
The Luminous Customer Care made Chennai Incharge speak to me and finally they replaced the inverter with extended warranty.
Be cautious when Luminous service personnel come for service.
