Hi readers this is Pradeep Kumar and today I want to share my experience of working with Luminous Power Technology pvt Ltd.I’ve join this company in feb. 2013 as a fresher. Interview was good and I was appointed easily.One year I’ve work hard honestly and take all the responsibilities positively.After one year I’ve got no increment. I thought I’ll work hard next year but the results was same.After two years I was not even a regular employee, I was a tranee. I’ve talk with H. R dept. But insted solve my problem they move me under Teamlease pvt. Ltd. Which is a third party.It makes situation more worse.This company demands 100% of employees but don’t want to give them anything.In short there is no growth in this firm. Just a lot of work and no future.I’ve waste 5 years of my life in it. And result is nothing. Am still a tranee worker after 5 years.I wish I can say anything good about company like customer service or staff but unfortunately there is nothing good to say.If you are seeking a good future and growth. Luminous isn’t the place you want to start with.It was my personal experience. No offense to Luminous. I wish a better future to it and hope it will all get well one day.Greetings of the day!
