Lybrate is a scam website. Most of the doctors listed on the website are wither jhola chaap docs or scammers themselves.
I paid 500 for text consultation and 50 extra for "internet handling charges". What does internet handling charges mean anyways? There is no transparency in the charges and there is not even a help section mentioned on the website.
Not having or having a hidden help section on a website seems fishy.
Also, the main problem was the doctor never replied for the query. I guess the whole purpose of the app is to get consultation? Or it is just to steal money?
PLEASE BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON FAKE AND FRAUD WEBSITE. I can see in future the founders of this business are in jail for fraud. Please use practo, it is far better.
