Once you buy LYF products . if you get any device hardware problem they dont have part at time available or take long time to come from store( LYF care center) and Service Engineer will never call you when the part come to center, always you need to take day to day or time to time followup, after that if they call you to visit they will take your 2-3Hr to say that your device is not done it will take some more time or days. my own experience "im taking followup from 2nd October 2017 to 30th October 2017 on 31th thay handover my device as it is(damage) 10th October I submitted device to service center also mail to " LYF care" they just mailing like chat No solution .and you cant buy their device part from out side of service center so you get Stuck in LYF Service
