Reliance Retail has expanded its Lyf smartphone portfolio by launching the Lyf F1. The company has decided not to position this model as part of its existing Flame, Water, Earth and Wynd sub-brands, and so it is devoid of a middle name. The Lyf F1 comes with full support for the Reliance Jio network, and is available for purchase in all Reliance Digital stores across India for Rs. 13, 399. We got to play around with the device for a little while at the launch event, and here are our first impressions.
The Lyf F1 comes in just one variant, which is black with a dotted texture on the rear for better grip. The smartphone sports metallic sides, with the power and volume buttons both on the right. The 3.5mm audio jack sits on the top, while a standard Micro-USB port is at the bottom. There is a speaker grille on the back. The Lyf F1 fits neatly in a palm, and the navigation buttons are on-screen. Theres no fingerprint sensor so you have to stick to traditional methods for unlocking your device.
