Flame 2 is a 4g enable volte supported smartphone comes under rs 4200, which is good thing as u r geting a high speed internet phone just for rs4000.
But it cant handle too much of load so its recommened not to install too much of apps in it as it may cause it not too perform well. and also do not install any other launcher in it as its official launcher is itself fast enough and also memory managable .
so thing is using it as hotspot may get u speed upto 30MBps which is great for this cheap phone but only having 1GB ram effects its performance in all way. Its also a cause of slow internet speed but afterall you are getting free unlimited 4g internet for 3 months. So its a fair deal.
