I have purchased this phone along with Jio sim and when I open the box packed it hanged and froze so I asked to bring another one. All managers came to me and told that they all are using LYF and there is no problem but after getting the phone I started problems like contact numbers get automatically added multiple times, it shows that I’ve a message but after deleting all text messages it shows the same thing. Screen stops responding while downloading anything and Google app will always hang asking its not responding which is frustrating. Sound reception is good but its not user friendly as other smartphones even playing games is not good as per of the response . Style and design is good slim and screen touch is also good and I feel good while using it in front of others as it looks very decent and if these software issues are resolved this phone is really have value for money.
