Someone has to loose why not me.

Md.Azharuddin made his dream debut against the David Gower’s Englishmen at Eden Garden . He hit a century at Calcutta and followed it with two centuries in Madras and Kanpur. This hyderabadi cricketer created history with world record of three centuries in first three consecutive tests. Md Azharuddin scored 6215 run in 99 test matches including 22 centuries and 21 half centuries with average of 45.03.He is equally successful in one day international matches. He played 334 matches and scored 9378 runs. He has 7 centuries and 58 half centuries in one day matches. 1993 is remarkable year to Md.Azharuddin as he lead his team victory against England, Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka. After that Azhar lost wherever he and his boys went including New Zealand, Australia and South Africa. But as a batsman had been admired every where . He is one of the natural and gifted cricketer of preset time. His style of making stroke with his wristwork and amazing reflexes have admired by the spectators everywhere. Not only that his fitness freak and fielding skills enthralled crowds. He has taken 105 catches in test matches.

But is pity that a cricketer like Azharuddin was dropped from the team for non cricketing reason , He is accused for match fixing. Not only that he is alleged to have maintained with Indian bookies. Now Government of India has announced a probe by CBI. It is judicial matter. It will be decided by Hon’ble Court. This is non cricketing affairs of Md.Azharuddin and it should not influence to judge Md. Azharuddin as cricketer.

Azhar may be banned to play for India but no one will forget his magnificent stroke play what he displayed in Australia, South Africa and Eden Garden, Calcutta.
