I happen to stay in this hotel as I had a business meeting in near Sec 18 in Noida.
I had booked this hotel through OYO rooms and it turned out that I made a good decision to stay in this hotel.
I was very cordially welcomed and was escorted to the room. The room was ready and everything was clean and in order . The bathroom was also clean and I didn’t had to wait for the hot water to come out of the geyser.
I called up the room service and asked for the idli and it came to me within the next 15 minutes served hot and fresh.
It was a pleasant stay and the staff took care of my needs with a smile on face.
They didn’t get impatient and waited till they got their payment in the end.
Would recommend any one this hotel. Great service.
