I have a Hobby of wood carving, so I have this tool called dremel 300i rotary tool that I use for Wood carving.
I recently purchased some attachments for Dremel rotary tool from this website. All of the attachments received intact except one because of poor packaging that they do. The attachment was a mini saw attachment.which should ideally contain a small screw that will hold the mini saw with the rotary tool. the price of the tool is 2499+Vat.Rat god knows what.but the entire tool is of no use unless I have that small piece(the Screw), Anyways, on the very same day I opened the package and realized that the package does not contain the screw, so I emailed them twice one from their website as well as from my personal email ID, however no one is yet bothered to respond to me by email, so I called up to the number provided as customer care(that is set to off on Saturday and Sunday) the lady told me that she needs one day to resolve this.moving on after one day she called me up(I thought, my problem is resolved) To ask and check if I have misplaced it while opening the package.
I was so frustrated at this time, not because she asked me to recheck this but one should understand that I am purchasing Rs.3000 tool and bought many other items from the same web site worth Rs 15 K, would I be adding a complain for a small screw. I was expecting that as a Privilege Customer they should actually provide me instant reply and should have sent me the screw instead of these questions. The screw is not worth than 15 Rs, idea here is there is so much discussion on it and me spending time on this is just not worth. Its been 7 to 8 Days this back and forth happening. The call center girl said they will submit the case with their Vendor(Dremel) and then get back to me.Not sure what will happen. the last call she said that she requires 2 more days.so Tarikh pe Tarikh for 15 RS. In the mean while, I will check if I can find the screw in some other shop:)
I checked with some other blogs and my contacts, they said that this website some times sent the used product. So I am afraid that I could be one of their victims.
