To be frank, when I watched the trailer and a few scenes from the movie, I didnt really like it much but one of my friends suggested me to watch this movie. Hesitatingly, I watched the movie without any expectation and I should admit that I would have felt mad at myself in case I missed watching the movie. Set in a post apocalyptic era with the human civilizations survival seeming so bleak, two rebels - Max(Tom Hardy) and Furiosa(Charlize Theron) join hands to save human extinction from the hands of the cult leader Immortan Joe(Hugh Keays-Byrne) and his army.
The film scores on all the departments with special mention for art direction, visual effects, costumes, back ground score, stunts, screenplay and direction. There are very few movies that I had watched so far which has such lengthy fight sequences and this movie is the best. The fight sequences are brilliantly choreographed with the background score, costumes, cinematography and the visually captivating barren desert lands adding more aura to the movie.
Another strength of the movie is its screenplay, particularly the climax scene where the plot turns over its heels and sets the tone for a nail biting finish. Its a visual treat to your ears, eyes and mind and watch it for a life time experience as you hardly get such movies in a year.
