Hey guys never ever think of buying any thing from MADAME stores in DELHI or Gurgaon.
I bought a sweater from the MADAME STORE in gurgaon mall, wore it once in the afternoon and by evening( I was at a party)it started looking 5 years old.there was pilling all over the sweater.
Since I live in west Delhi I went and showed it to the manager of the MADAME STORE IN CITY SQUARE MALL RAJOURI GARDEN.let me tell you that the the manager was rude to core, had to be threatened to help, was not available when called on phone for help and returned the same sweater back after 3 weeks saying that the higher authorities did not agree for a replacement .
Now my sweater is lying with them, I told the manger to gift it to his maid, they have not bothered to take any action. They don’t even provide you nos of higher authorities(must be getting complaints all the tine)so nevver pick MADAME product even on 90%off. its just not worth it.
